Cancellation Policy:
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. in order to avoid additional charges.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and will result in a 30% charge if your appointment has to be cancelled.
If a client fails to show up for a set appointment it will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled to the card on file
After a client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment three times, we will require the client to pre-pay for the requested service. we understand emergencies happen; we thank you for your continued support!
